If your AC blower motor has failed then you have no AC working and the heater will not work either. The AC blower motor sits inside the evaporator case. When the climate control is turned on, either hot or cold, the blower motor spins up and forces air through the system. Your controls determine if it is going to blow across the heater core or the AC Evaporator. The good news in determining if the blower motor has failed is it is working or not. Sometimes the AC Blower Motor will start to make noise when it is operated alerting you to failure in the future. Just because the blower motor does not work does not mean the blower has gone out. Check your fuses and also the control panel. If you have a problem with either of those the AC Blower Motor will not function.
